General partners

You raise on a track record nobody can check. BLUZAR gives your fund a page built from public record first: Form D size and closes, Form ADV, 13F holdings where filed, and every portfolio company with its own verified page. Performance rows stay Unlit until a public source lands or you contribute a proof.

What you get from the call:

  1. A fund page and a portfolio page for every holding, built before we talk.
  2. The list of Unlit fields on your portfolio and what each would take to light.
  3. The LP report export: a signed PDF with the daily Merkle root, so an LP can check every line.

Limited partners

You receive quarterly PDFs and take them on trust. BLUZAR shows what a fund's portfolio looks like from the public record, by state, and what changed since last quarter.

What you get from the call:

  1. Verified portfolio pages for the funds you hold, with state counts and ages.
  2. The corrections log per fund: every changed value, with the source.
  3. A pilot: one fund's portfolio on BLUZAR, with the GP invited to contribute proofs.

Secondary desks

You price on last round, broker chatter, and stacked press. BLUZAR carries fund marks by share class from N-PORT filings, Form D rounds, and prediction market odds, each with its source hash, and never sums across unit tags silently.

What you get from the call:

  1. The API: claims with proofs, signals, and fund metrics, every response carrying UIDs.
  2. Coverage on request: any name in the 7,000 universe gets the full page treatment.
  3. Proof of print: when a confirmation is proved through zkTLS, the print becomes Proven and the desk that proved it is credited.

The rules, before you book

  1. Verification, not trading. BLUZAR does not buy, sell, quote, or broker.
  2. Anchoring never promotes. An attestation fixes what was seen and when.
  3. Nothing is estimated. If a field has no permissionless source, it is Unlit with a bounty.
