PROVE A DARK ROW
Some rows cannot be reached from any public filing.
Fund marks, raise filings and public footprint are collected without anyone’s permission. Revenue quality, share class and the current 409A are not, because no permissionless source holds them. A holder or a company can light those rows by proving them at the source.
You connect a source, read only
Carta or Pulley for share class and the current 409A. Stripe, Mercury or your billing system for revenue. Access is read only and can be revoked at any time.
Only a figure leaves, never the data
BLUZAR reads the source and derives a single bounded figure, for example that revenue exceeded a threshold for a period, or that a share class exists at a stated price. Underlying records are never stored or published.
The figure is hashed and anchored
The result is timestamped on Base so it cannot be quietly revised later, including by us. Every prior version stays visible.
The row lights, at the honest tier
A read only connection is labelled synced, meaning pulled from the primary source. Proven is reserved for cryptographic attestation at the source, and no row on BLUZAR carries it yet.
Connectors are being onboarded one company at a time.
Tell us which company and which row you want lit, and you will be walked through it directly. Individual holders are handled anonymously, and nothing is published below five independent contributors.
